By making an order at www.tasco.pt, the user:

Declares that has read and agrees to terms and conditions;

States that has at least eighteen (18) years of age and / or are of legal age in the jurisdiction of residence, and who has the legal ability to hire and use own means of payment;

Does not make fraudulent use of the site, contrary to law or morality;

Accepted to be the Portuguese legislation to regulate any conflict with the consumer, without prejudice to forecast the contrary, community or international treaty policy.

Product Descriptions
All products at www.tasco.pt are described as accurately as possible. Users should read the description of the product as closely as possible to confirm the information and, if they have any questions, please contact TASCO through info@tasco.pt email or phone number +351 911906934.
Because of the type of computer used, color settings, Internet browser or other, the colors and textures shown in the photographs of the site may differ from the real products.

Due to their unique production methods, handmade and in small series, some of our products may have some slight discrepancies in material texture or shape. We think this is what makes the pieces special and unique.
TASCO cannot be held responsible for such discrepancies.

Product Maintenance and Care
All products at www.tasco.pt are made by hand by artisanal methods. These products may have some quality discrepancies, but without compromising the integrity of the product. Some products have a bit of porosity due to this fact.The products are dishwasher safe, but cannot go to the freezer.

Once the goods are dispatched we will send you an email with tracking info. For deliveries abroad the customer is responsible for all import duty and taxes controlled by the country of destination. We are not liable for any goods held or refused at customs.

Pricing & Payment
We accept all payments via PayPal or Direct Bank Transfer. When we receive proof of payment we will dispatch the goods. All our prices are in Euros (€) and are inclusive of VAT.

All prices are subject to change and we retain the right to adjust prices at any given moment.

Once you have finished shopping you will receive an email confirmation of your order. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us via that e-mail.

Delivery

EU – 5/7 days

Non-EU – 7 days or more

Portugal – 2/3 days

Returns

In the event of receiving damaged or faulty goods please contact us at info@tasco.pt.

You will receive a full refund if:

– Goods are returned to us within 14 days of receipt of delivery.
– Goods are returned in salable condition with their original packaging.

We will not accept returns if the item indicates signs of use. In such cases the item will be returned to the purchaser. For accepted returns refunds will be made as soon as possible to the debited account excluding delivery costs. Please note, we cannot refund postage costs and the cost of returned goods is at your expense. Please make sure the items are securely packed, as the parcel is your responsibility until the goods reach us. We are not responsible for goods being lost or damaged in transit and we do not offer exchanges on goods.

 Alternative Resolution of Disputes
If the transaction has been completed through our website, in accordance with EU Regulation No. 524/2013, you have the ability to resolve any litigation in an extrajudicial manner through the electronic settlement platform on the Internet at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
You can consult the updated list of Alternative Dispute Resolution Entities available under article 17 of Law no. 144/2015, of September 8, through the website www.consumidor.pt.
